By Train: The nearest major railway station is Joginder Nagar, about 144 kilometers from Kasol. From Joginder Nagar, take a taxi or bus to Bhuntar (34 kilometers), the nearest major town. From Bhuntar, another taxi ride will take you to Kasol (30 kilometers).
By Air: The closest airport is Kullu-Manali Airport in Bhuntar, approximately 31 kilometers from Kasol. Taxis and pre-paid cabs are available from the airport to reach Kasol.
From Kasol, you can take a taxi or shared jeep to Barshaini, the starting point of the trek.
